Access your appliances via SSH

Our x360Recover appliances are based on Linux - and that means you can perform administrative logins to an appliance terminal via SSH.

There are many SSH applications out there, so we've put together some quick instructions on how to use one (PuTTY) to access your x360Recover appliances.

Ubuntu 18.04 LTS upgrade

Axcient's x360Recover release 12.0.0 includes an operating system upgrade to Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

We'll be releasing the upgrade in small batches, to allow our support team to monitor the upgrade process and to respond to any issues.

We anticipate this upgrade to gradually progress through March 2023.

In 2023, we're continuing early access to Linux backup for x360Recover.
