New! Direct-to-Cloud (D2C) onboarding tours

Walk through setting up your D2C

These new, self-paced D2C tours can be taken individually, in any order, and include:
  • Creating a client
  • Downloading the D2C agent
  • Creating backup policies
  • Assigning a policy to a protected system
  • Configuring protected systems, RMC alert settings & reporting
The best part? These tours are live activities and you'll be completing the actions within each tour in real time. (Note: In order to complete all of these tours, you'll need access to the vault and the ‘Vaults’ tab in Recover Manager.)
