New! 24/7 support for x360Recover
Good news: If you ever need technical support for x360Recover, we've expanded x360Recover support hours to 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for every issue severity.
You can now browse, compare, and purchase (or lease) your x360Recover BDR appliances, right from the Axcient x360Portal.
BDR ordering is streamlined with a wizard-style system that allows you to browse series and models, purchase or lease multiple appliances at a time, specify shipping methods and review your totals, including shipping.
Of course, we'll be expanding functionality over time.
Log into x360Portal and take a look at the new Order BDR tab.
Enhanced licensing is coming in Q2
Updated X360Recover licensing tools: Q2 2023
We're launching updated licensing tools later this spring, to help you create and manage your customer accounts quickly and simply.
To use the new licensing tools (once they launch), you will need access to your x360Recover account in your x360Portal at partner.axcient.com. Please let us know if you need help accessing your x360Portal, so we can get your accounts set up to go with the new tools.

Use Virtual Office for testing or recovery
Any time your on-premises backup is unavailable, Virtual Office lets you self-manage recovery of your protected systems in the Axcient cloud.
All x360Recover partners are entitled to thirty (30) days of Virtual Office use per endpoint (protected system) per calendar year - whether you are a Direct-to-Cloud customer or use a traditional BDR appliance
